Iranian Gas Commercial Company (IGCC) private joint stocks, officially registered under No.149229,whose shares totally belong to National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) and its subsidiary company,was organized on Jan. 21,2008 in order to achieve the comprehensive objectives and policies of the industries pertaining to energy, specially oil, gas and petrochemical industries for execution of vital and important projects regarding excavation, production, refining, transmission and distribution of energy and its products to different sectors including homes, industries, power plants, export, and also substitution of other energy carriers by clean and cheap energies.
